It is important that you create an email address that you can use to contact your customers and place orders. The way this works is that you enter your order details as they appear on the screen and then send them a quick email confirming your order. When you put in your shipping information, it will automatically be processed through your existing DGI system. That is how you manage your orders.

Check that the drop down box is active before clicking the button. When you do this, you will be directed to a screen that asks you to enter your shipping information. One of the things that DGI uses is an address book for orders. This is very convenient because when you need to find a customer or track an order, all you have to do is enter their name into the 'order now' box. Once you have entered in all your information, you are directed to a screen that lets you confirm your order. Click the button saying that you are done entering information and you are all set to go. Once your order is all finished, you are redirected to your screen. You can then view your order in My Account and you will be able to verify it. That's really all there is to it.
